Market Snapshot in Review

We have been addressing concerns and questions from clients the past few days amid the changes this virus is bringing our community.  We do know it is too early to tell how this is going to impact the housing market in Oklahoma, and the Urban Core, with regard to buying and selling activity.  

The numbers last week were steady and consistent with a slight climb in price point and a slight decline in days on market. But, as of now, no major drop in houses going under contract or new listings.
