Last week we transitioned from the old year into the new year.  By the looks of the numbers, many had the resolution to sell their home.  Across the MLS we listed 441 new homes. That's a high number compared to the other weeks of December.  

January brings methodical planning and move making. Homeowners across the metro are gearing up to sell their house and start the new decade in a new home.  If you are worried about the buyers being ready, I assure you they are.   Buyers put 386 homes under contract last week.  Buyers in the Urban Core put 16 homes under contract last week and paid 98% of the list price.  Winter buyers have always proven to be the most serious buyers.
