Market Snapshot in Review

This week we didn't see a drastic change in numbers.  There was a slight decline in houses going under contract and new houses going on the market. Last week 630 houses went under contract and this week 539.  The reason is simple.  Sometimes people can't wait to move.  There are a million different scenarios that play out in the lives of people and housing can be a very important need at times.  All of our agents and colleagues throughout the industry have been working together to determine the best way possible to help you with your needs.  Please contact us and let us know how we can help.
