Market Snapshot in Review

Compared to the uptick in business the week before, we took a bit of a drop in numbers.  Values seemed to be down this week.  Since the average transaction closes in 30 days, we are seeing the sales results from activity the week of Christmas, so this is to be expected.  I can attest that the buyers are out in full force this week.  We held open 3 houses in Mesta Park and they were flooded with guests.   We are ready to help you make your move!
