Andi Bytyqi is an Oklahoma City-based realtor with a passion for global economy. His 18-year career in real estate has found him permanently planted in Oklahoma after his move from Prishtine, Kosova to attend UCO, earning his MBA in 2003.
Through his work as owner of Metro Point Lending, he supported over 70 million dollars in property sales during the 7 years of operation. As a previous partner in Verbode, Andi supported their residential real estate growth and development for eight years.
During his involvement as Ambassador for Midwest City Chamber, he entered the Leadership Midwest City (LMWC) program, and is alumni of LMWC, 2003-04. Serving in various leadership roles locally during his time with MidFirst Bank deepened his love of Oklahoma City Metro and Midwest City.
Andi’s skills in real estate are vast, covering buying & selling, sustainability, historical preservation, investments, and development & construction. His international trade and development skills cover real estate, food processing, and water treatment. Many of these are covered in his role as CEO of Lucky Investments, LLC and Kosova Consulting, Inc.
When Andi isn’t busy with real estate and investment development, he can be found spending time with his three children still at home, enjoying local outings, i.e., Myriad Gardens, Oklahoma City Arts Museum, Oklahoma City Zoo, Science Museum, Oklahoma City Downtown Library, and various other local venues.
